Samantha helps position Progress Partners for continued success by guiding its people and leaders to grow, perform, and lead with purpose. As Director of Human Resources, she leads the firm’s people strategy and oversees all facets of the HR lifecycle, helping shape a high-performing culture where employees and leaders can thrive.

A seasoned HR leader with deep generalist expertise, Samantha has led HR functions across organizations ranging from 30-person teams to global enterprises of more than 5,000 employees. Her experience spans technology, manufacturing, global trade and logistics, and financial services, giving her a versatile perspective on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development.

Samantha is PHR-certified and holds a Master of Public Administration and Public Policy from UMass Boston and a B.A. in English from Clark University. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her two children, who continue to inspire her people-first approach to leadership and building supportive, empowering workplaces.
