Jessica joined Progress Partners as an Executive in Residence in 2022 and became Director of the EIR Program the following year. In this role, she leads and continues to develop Progress Partners’ network of senior executives, bringing together leaders across sectors and disciplines to share market insight, expand connectivity, and support the firm and its clients.

Under Jessica’s leadership, the EIR Program has grown into an active community that connects experienced operators, investors, and advisors with one another and with the broader Progress Partners platform. She oversees member engagement, programming, and strategic initiatives designed to surface industry perspectives, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for collaboration.

In addition to leading the EIR Program, Jessica draws on her venture capital and operating experience to advise growth-stage companies on strategy, investor readiness, and financial and operational priorities.
