Rory leads Sponsor Coverage at Progress Partners, building and maintaining relationships with private equity firms, growth investors, and other financial sponsors. Working closely with the broader Progress team, he aligns investment opportunities with sponsor priorities, monitors market activity, and facilitates targeted introductions that support successful outcomes for both investors and clients.

In addition to leading Sponsor Coverage, Rory heads the firm’s Technology Services sector coverage, advising companies across digital transformation, managed IT services, cloud consulting, data & analytics, AI implementation, and cybersecurity. He works with founders, executives, and investors on strategic growth, capital raising, and M&A.

Rory brings more than a decade and a half of technology investment banking experience, with prior roles at KeyBanc Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, and Wells Fargo Securities. His experience spans M&A, IPOs, and leveraged finance across technology services, software, and digital infrastructure. While at Wells Fargo, he led M&A execution teams on more than $25 billion of public and private transactions.

Rory earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA in English from Bucknell University.
