Rick brings more than three decades of senior management experience across companies at every stage of growth. In addition to his role as Senior Managing Director and CFO at Progress Partners, he serves as a Partner and CFO at Progress Ventures, where he invests in and advises early-stage technology companies.

Throughout his career, Rick has provided strategic, financial, operational, and business leadership to startups, Fortune 1000 companies, publicly traded businesses, private companies, and venture-backed growth companies, with particular expertise across media and marketing.

Rick has completed more than $1 billion in acquisitions, from sourcing through integration. He has also co-founded three startups, raised more than $35 million in capital for those businesses, and guided each through a liquidity event, including one IPO.

Rick earned a BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
