Xander joined Progress Partners in 2024 as a Senior Associate and has since been promoted to Vice President. He brings experience across media technology, software, and technology services transactions, with expertise in financial analysis, deal execution, due diligence, and strategic advisory.

At Progress Partners, Xander focuses on transaction execution and business development, working closely with founders, executives, and investors throughout the M&A and capital-raising process. His work includes financial analysis and modeling, market positioning, due diligence, deal structuring, and buyer and investor outreach.

Prior to joining Progress Partners, Xander was a Vice President at Silverwood Partners, where he advised technology clients on sell-side M&A, carveouts, and capital-raising transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in PwC’s M&A Advisory Group, supporting transactions across technology, media and telecommunications, and financial services.

Xander graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics
