Jyoti joined Progress Partners in 2025 as an Associate, bringing extensive investment banking experience across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory. Her background includes significant exposure to the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, supported by a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, diligence, and understanding complex business models and competitive dynamics.

At Progress Partners, Jyoti works closely with senior bankers, founders, and management teams throughout the transaction process. Her responsibilities span financial analysis and modeling, valuation, due diligence, market and company positioning, and transaction execution, helping translate complex information into clear, decision-ready insights.

Prior to joining Progress Partners, Jyoti held investment banking and corporate finance roles across Moelis, Deloitte, Felix Advisory, Sun Capital Advisory Services, and Quest Profin Advisors, advising strategic buyers, financial sponsors, and management teams across sell-side, buy-side, and private capital transactions.

Jyoti earned her MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
