Adriaan leads Progress Ventures’ investment activities, bringing more than 25 years of experience across private capital investing and fund management. He works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams building B2B technology businesses across advertising, commerce, marketing, media, and other rapidly evolving technology markets.

Prior to Progress Ventures, Adriaan was a Partner and Managing Director at Glouston Capital Partners, formerly Permal Capital, where he served on the Executive Committee and co-managed the investment team.

Adriaan began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and subsequently held roles across corporate development, growth strategy, and alternative asset investing.

Adriaan earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.S. in Economics from Miami University.
