- Analyzing the company and conducting market research to determine appropriate strategy;
- Identifying appropriate buy-side or sell-side targets and initiate contacts;
- Developing the appropriate pitch material to market the company;
- Assisting in the presentation of the company and developing the business case;
- Conducting valuations for the client to build a sell side case; and
- Negotiating terms, managing process and performing due diligence.
