Progress Partners Advises RealMatch on Growth Equity Financing

Progress Partners is pleased to announce that RealMatch (www.realmatch.com), an online recruitment advertising network, has closed a $7M growth equity financing round, lead by Edison Ventures (www.edisonventure.com). Progress Partners acted as advisor to RealMatch in the transaction with Nick MacShane and Davis Rosborough leading the engagement.

In the transaction, Edison provided $6M of capital while existing investor Carmel Ventures (www.carmelventures.com) added to the round. RealMatch plans to use the funds to expand their product offering and accelerate marketing and sales.
