Nick MacShane, Senior Managing Director of Progress
Partners, Inc., and Andrew Clarke of Progress Partners, Inc., are also duly engaged as registered representatives of
Brill Securities, Inc, Member FINRA/MSRB/SIPC Many of Progress Partners' activities, such as business and financial consulting, rendering assistance with strategic planning, analyses of client customer bases, and giving seminars, do not require broker-dealer registration. For such services, Progress Partners, Inc. contracts directly with its clients. Additionally, clients frequently ask Progress Partners' managing directors and/or other registered representatives to assist with an equity placement or to represent the clients in a merger and acquisition transaction for a fee contingent upon the consummation of the placement or transaction. In these instances, Mr. MacShane and/or Mr. Clarke undertake the broker-dealer activities as registered representatives of Brill, and placement fees and commissions contingent upon consummation of the placement or transaction are paid to Brill. The structuring of any deal takes place through Brill’s New York office.
